Leading the Naturetrek winter tour of Japan. After a day spent at the Kazairinkai Wetland in Tokyo Bay we set off for the frozen north island of Hokkaido and over the next 5 days enjoyed the amazing spectacle of cranes, eagles and owls. On leaving Hokkaido, we travelled down to Tokyo and headed west to Nagano for the delightful Snow Monkeys. Our tour ended with the amazing spectacle of tens of thousands of cranes at Arasaki.
