Traveling down to the Sahara we watched the sunrise over the iconic dunes at Erg Chebbi. The day was to be a memorable one as we enjoyed Houbara Bustard, African Desert Warbler, Cream-colored Courser and numerous Hoopoe Larks; their strange piping song echoing around the dunes. At least 5 species of Wheatear were also seen including this male Desert
