This was my ninth trip to Poland but the first with a digital SLR. Highlights on this Sunbird Spring Tour included all ten European Woodpeckers, singing male Collared and Red-breasted Flycatchers, Great Snipe, Spotted, Lesser Spotted and White-tailed Eagles, 4 Black Storks soaring overhead, Little Crake laughing away at close range, singing Bluethroat and thousands of White-winged Black Terns. I love Poland and always look forward to returning the following year.
