This trip with my wife Jill, Richard Patient and Alan Hitchings mainly concentrated on the area around Green Valley, close to the Mexican border. The most productive birding was in Madera and Miller Canyons. Highlights were the stunning Red-faced Warbler, Elf Owl, Cactus Wren and Greater Roadrunner, but the hummers were wonderful too with Magnificent, Rufous, Violet-crowned and Calliope all noted.
